Returns

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be sealed and in its original packaging

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • A valid proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

To request a return, please contact us at support@whitedragonfoods.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of your refund approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refunds may take a few days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@whitedragonfoods.com. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Orders past 30 days of delivery
